Barman Roberto Visone delights the most discerning palates with his cutting-edge creations. The sophisticated and eclectic cocktail & gin list he curated features a wide variety of gins paired with tonic waters, vermouth, botanicals, aromas and spices, giving his cocktails their unique and distinctive taste. To complement our beautiful setting, we offer the added enjoyment of a tableside mixology experience, in which guests are encouraged to try their hand at chopping our homemade ice for their drinks.
