Barman Roberto Visone delights the most discerning palates with his innovative creations: a refined and eclectic Cocktail & Gin List that includes a wide selection of gins paired with tonic waters, vermouths, botanicals, aromatics and spices capable of giving his cocktails a unique and distinctive taste. In this beautiful setting, a scenic and engaging cocktail-making experience completes the experience, which takes place “at the table” and includes the use of home-made “knife-cut” ice to involve the guest during the preparation phase.
