RHINOCEROS Restau & RoofBar is distinguished by a cuisine celebrating Italianness and Made in Italy products, with a focus on Roman tradition, according to the vision of chef Giuseppe Di Iorio in agreement with resident chef Alessandro Marata.
The Lounge bar, on the other hand, is the realm of mixology, where Bar Manager Matteo Zed expresses himself to the sound of “spirits,” the perfect executor of drinks with great aesthetics. He is capable of telling curious and fascinating stories through drink and, at the same time, evoke memories and arouse emotions: his menu is inspired by rhinos, according to a game of appearances that surprise for their combinations and flavors.ù
The interior design of the rooftop bar and restaurant with a view in Rome, gives a new identity, while fitting gracefully into the minimalism of the building, aimed at diluting the rigor of the structure. Primarily, the rhinoceros that gives the place its name remains the thread that runs through the entire concept, with its totems propping up the exterior floor. To accompany this, contrasting palettes of shades were chosen, with red dominating to recall the Foundation’s hallmark, as well as original shapes for the furnishings, between circular lines and soft curves in an optical art style.
